Alright folks, I am doing it! My friend Kelli and I are signed up for the Wilton Cake Decorating Classes, starting with the first course and have plans to take all 4 of them. Be patient, since I'm sure in the next weeks and months I will be posting more and more pictures of the crazy cakes we will be practicing on.

Sounds like fun! I used to decorate cakes. It sometimes frustrating but always yummy!
